I joined a fast-growing fintech company with a clear mission: to simplify digital payments and establish the app as the go-to solution for PagoPA transactions across Italy. Collaborating with development teams using Flutter, I designed a unified cross-platform interface system that worked natively on both iOS and Android, optimizing time and resources without compromising the user experience quality.

Through strategic redesign, enhanced onboarding flows, and a refreshed visual identity, we achieved remarkable results. The app experienced an 84% growth in customers from 2022 to present, surpassing the 250,000 active users milestone. Our success was recognized when we were featured on the App Store and ranked by Qonto among Italy's best fintech startups. Most recently, the gamified contest I designed and launched drove a 51% increase in transactions compared to the previous month.
